Bethany Dog Fest , Rockin' the Dock! This event was be held on Saturday, September 16th & Sunday, September 17th in Bethany, WV. Three Rivers DockDogs used this event as their Club Affiliate Regional Competition. Bethany welcomed over 500 people to the Town of Bethany!
